Policies

New Clients

  • A client consultation form must be completed by new clients before any treatment takes place. This can be completed online from the comfort of your own home
  • Any underlying health issues (For example: pregnancy, medication, allergies, recent surgery) must be put on the consultation form and may result in the treatment unable to take place
  • Any changes to your health must be brought to my attention before all treatments and may result in the treatment unable to take place

Payments and Bookings

  • Advanced bookings are required
  • Non-refundable deposits are required in order to confirm your booking
  • Prices are subject to change prior notice. Prior notice will be given
  • Payments taken by cash and bank transfers are accepted

Cancellation Policy

  • 48hrs notice must be given for a cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in losing your deposit
  • Any Appointment cancelled 24hrs before or on the day of the appointment will result in losing your deposit
  • The Waxing Solution has the right to cancel any appointments due to sickness/emergency etc

Gift Vouchers

  • Available in monetary value or for treatments
  • Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months and expire 1 year from the issue date
  • Are non-refundable at any time
  • Can be used as full payment or as part payment towards another treatment
  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable
  • Lost or stolen gift vouchers are non-refundable

Loyalty Cards

  • Clients will receive a stamp for every Waxing Solution treatment. For every 5 stamps you will receive 50% off your 6th wax treatment
  • Loyalty cards are the owners responsibility. Lost or stolen cards can not be honoured and is also non-transferable and will not be back dated
